1. Scope of Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the "Replyra Creator" app (hereinafter "App"), provided by Emilia Ivanova Industries. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. Services / App Usage
The App provides tools for creating AI-generated, hyper-realistic images. To use the full scope of features (including image generation), you must provide your own valid API key from supported third-party providers (e.g., Higgsfield, Google Gemini).
3. Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all content you generate through the App (prompts and resulting images). Emilia Ivanova Industries assumes no responsibility for copyright infringements or violations of the terms of service of the integrated API providers caused by your use. The generation of illegal, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content without appropriate authorization according to the API provider's policies is prohibited.
4. API Costs
Because we use the "Bring Your Own Key" principle, you are responsible for any costs incurred by using your personal API keys with the respective third-party providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive for the smooth operation of the App but do not guarantee its continuous availability. We are not liable for damages, outages, or errors caused by server interruptions at third-party APIs.
6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you within the App or via email.
